American Tax Funding, LLC ("ATFS") has issued this privacy and security
notice to demonstrate our commitment to privacy and to assure you, a visitor to
our web site, that private information you submit to ATFS is stored securely upon

prior policies will be subject to the terms of the new policy. The information that
is obtained about you from your visit to our web site depends upon what actions

ATFS and its subsidiaries may request personally identifying information from you
in order to provide requested services, but such information is handled as it would
be on an in-person visit to an ATFS office.
ATFS Web Site Visitors accept the risk of transmitting such information over the
Internet as other unauthorized agencies or persons may eavesdrop and obtain such
information.
Public Disclosure
ATFS does not disclose any personal information except when: permission has been
granted by the individual; where the information is considered public information
under relevant federal, state, county (municipality), or city laws, and is not otherwise
protected from disclosure by applicable federal, state, county (municipality), or
city laws; or, we are required to do so by law, subpoena, court order or legal process.
Cookies
ATFS applications and Web pages may use cookies (or programs called "applets")

the usability of a particular Web site. They can tell a web site if you have visited

ATFS has instituted security measures to protect the information and systems that
we maintain. These measures are designed to ensure that this service remains available

Law Enforcement
ATFS will cooperate with all authorized law enforcement agencies.
