| In New York, the City of Rochester alleviated some of its property tax burden by assigning several thousand property tax liens totalling about $11 million dollars to American Tax Funding Servicing, LLS (ATFS). This is the third bulk transaction ATFS has completed with the City of Rochester and hopes to continue to assist them in the future. ATFS now holds over $36 million in total property tax delinquencies from the City of Rochester. |

| On Monday, April 16, 2007, the Mayor’s Office announced the results of the 2006 fiscal year audit, citing the City’s partnership with ATF as a contributing factor in its improved financial condition. “Since 2004, Schenectady has sold more than $19 million in property tax liens to American Tax Funding to provide millions in additional revenue and significantly improving the city’s tax collection rate”. The City finished fiscal 2006 with an $8.1 million budget surplus and anticipates zero borrowing for 2007. |
